1. Service Description

Parsely is an AI-powered ticket generation service that converts unstructured content — such as PRDs, meeting notes, and documents — into structured tickets for project management platforms including Jira, Linear, GitHub, and Asana. By using Parsely, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Account Registration

To use Parsely, you must create an account using a valid email address or by signing in through Google or GitHub. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share them with others.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. User Responsibilities

When using Parsely, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the right to use and upload any content you provide to the service.
• Complying with the terms of service of any third-party platforms you connect (Jira, Linear, GitHub, Asana).
• Reviewing generated tickets before pushing them to your project management platform.
• Keeping your platform connection tokens secure and revoking connections you no longer need.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Parsely to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models or algorithms.
• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically access the service without authorization.
• Circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls.
• Generate tickets containing spam, malware, or misleading content.
• Resell or redistribute the service without our written consent.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Parsely and all tickets generated from your content. Parsely retains ownership of the service, its design, underlying technology, and AI models. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Parsely integrates with third-party platforms via their APIs. We are not responsible for:

• The availability, performance, or changes to third-party platform APIs.
• Any data loss or issues arising from pushing tickets to connected platforms.
• Changes to third-party platform terms that may affect your use of their services.

You are responsible for maintaining valid connections and ensuring your use of connected platforms complies with their respective terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Parsely is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of AI-generated tickets.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
• Our total liability for any claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your Settings page. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in abusive behavior, or use the service in a way that harms other users or the platform.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the service. Your continued use of Parsely after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with any changes, you may delete your account.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service will be resolved in accordance with the applicable jurisdiction.
